How to request deletion of your data from Relizon.
When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, LinkedIn account, or any other third-party account to Relizon, we store the access grant for that account and the records of content published through it. You can have that removed at any time, at no cost.
Option 1 — Disconnect inside Relizon
Sign in to your Relizon account, open your Connections page, and disconnect the account. This removes the stored access grant for that connection.
Option 2 — Remove Relizon from the platform
You can also revoke our access from the platform itself:
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Relizon → Remove.
- LinkedIn: Settings & Privacy → Data Privacy → Permitted Services → Relizon → Remove.
Revoking access there stops Relizon from using the connection. To also have the stored records deleted, please send the request described in Option 3.
Option 3 — Email us
Email hello@relizon.ai from the email address on your Relizon account, with “Data deletion request” in the subject line, and tell us which account or connection you want removed. We will confirm by email once it is done.
Legal and privacy requests may also be sent to legal@relizon.ai.
What is deleted
- Access tokens and authorisation grants for the connected account
- The connection record itself
- Content and publishing records associated with that connection
What may be retained
We may retain records we are required to keep by law, or that are needed for billing, tax, security or fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Retained records are kept only for as long as those obligations require.
