Your Choices
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Services may not function properly.
Third-Party Advertising
Third parties may place cookies/pixels on our site to provide analytics or advertising services. We do not control those third parties’ tracking technologies; their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
Mobile app. The Relizon iOS app does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking technologies, and does not collect data for advertising purposes. The cookies, pixels, and web beacons described above apply to the Relizon website only. Within the app, we collect only the account information, content you provide, and usage data needed to operate and improve the service, as described in this policy.
4) GOOGLE USER DATA
This section applies when you connect a Google account to Relizon AI OS.
What we access. Only the data covered by the permissions you approve on Google’s consent screen, and only for the account you connect. We request the narrowest permissions that allow a feature to work, and we decline broader ones where a narrower one is sufficient — for example, we ask only for the Drive files Relizon itself creates or that you explicitly open with it, never for your whole Drive.
What we do not access. We do not read the contents of your Gmail mailbox. Where Relizon processes your email, it does so through a Relizon reply address that you route mail to, not by reading your mailbox.
Why we access it. Solely to deliver the features you connected the account for: preparing you for meetings on your calendar, creating and updating the documents Relizon generates for you, and identifying the people in your workspace so that work can be assigned to the right person.
How we store it. Google credentials are encrypted at rest and are never displayed to you or to Relizon personnel. Data retrieved from Google is held inside your own organization’s workspace, separated from every other customer’s data.
Who we share it with. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train or improve any shared, public, or third-party artificial intelligence or machine learning model. We share it only with the service providers that operate the features you connected, acting on our instructions, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it. For as long as the Google account remains connected. You may disconnect at any time in your Relizon settings, or revoke Relizon’s access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnection, or on deletion of your Relizon account, we delete the credentials immediately and the data retrieved from Google within thirty days.
Limited Use. Relizon’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
This section describes the permissions Relizon requests today. As Relizon AI OS adds capabilities, this section is updated in the same change that adds them, so that it never describes less, or more, than the product actually does.
