This Privacy Policy explains how Relizon LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as relizon.ai (“Relizon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access or use relizon.ai and any related websites, landing pages, opt-in forms, portals, dashboards, software, applications, events, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1) INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect Personal Information and Non-Personal / Usage Information.
A. Personal Information
“Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you, such as:

- Account credentials (e.g., username, password—stored in hashed/encrypted form when applicable)
- Billing and payment information (processed by third-party payment processors; we may receive limited transaction details)
- Communications you send us (emails, messages, form submissions, support requests, and Session recordings where permitted)
- Information you provide when registering for webinars/events, subscribing, or purchasing services
- Content you upload or provide as part of Services (e.g., brand assets, marketing content, contact lists)
B. Non-Personal / Usage Information
“Usage Information” is information collected automatically that generally does not identify you directly, including:
- IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system
- Pages viewed, clickstream data, referral URLs, time spent, and general site usage
- Approximate location derived from IP address

C. Information From Third Parties

De-Identified / Aggregated Data
We may de-identify or aggregate information so it can no longer reasonably identify you. We may use that data for analytics, product improvement, and business purposes.
AI and Data Use
Relizon may use AI-enabled features to provide certain Services. We do not use your Personal Information, Customer Data, prompts, inputs, outputs, messages, files, or AI agent interactions to train or improve any shared, public, or third-party artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Your data is processed only to deliver the Services, provide support, maintain functionality, and ensure security. We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you or your business to improve system performance, reliability, workflows, and service quality.
Sessions, Recordings, and Event Media (Privacy Notice)
Relizon may host or participate in webinars, workshops, trainings, coaching sessions, group sessions, events, and client meetings (“Sessions”). Sessions may include audio/video recordings, images, chat messages, and screen shares (“Session Materials”), where permitted by law and consistent with our Terms & Conditions. We use Session Materials primarily to provide the Services, maintain internal documentation, quality assurance, training, and service improvement. For public or group-based Sessions, Session Materials may also be used for educational and marketing purposes as described in our Terms & Conditions. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify Relizon prior to the Session, and Relizon does not guarantee the ability to exclude participants from recordings in live or group settings.
5) SMS TEXT MESSAGING PRIVACY (IMPORTANT)
If you provide your phone number, you may receive SMS/text messages from Relizon for:
- Service updates, onboarding, reminders, account notifications
- Marketing and promotional messages (if you opted in or otherwise permitted by law)
Message & data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive a final confirmation message.
We do not sell your phone number. We may use service providers to send SMS on our behalf; they may process your number only to provide those services.
6) EMAIL MARKETING & COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES
We may send you emails about:
- Service-related updates and account notices
- Offers, webinars, content, and marketing communications
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the link in the message. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional/service messages.
7) HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of “selling your data for money.” We may share information as follows:
A. Service Providers
We share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the Services, such as:
- Hosting and cloud providers
- Payment processors
- Analytics providers
- Email/SMS/communications providers
- Customer support tools
- Security and fraud prevention vendors
They are authorized to use personal information only as needed to provide services to us.
B. Business Transfers

E. Public or Community Areas
If you post in public areas (forums, communities, comments), that content may be publicly visible. Please do not post sensitive information in public areas.
8) PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. We may receive limited information about your transactions (e.g., payment status, billing email, last four digits, subscription status) needed for accounting and support.
9) DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.
However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Services and provide information at your own risk.
10) DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services
- Maintain business records
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
11) YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

- Business purposes for collection/use
- Categories of third parties with whom information is shared
- Specific pieces of personal information collected
- Deletion of personal information (subject to exceptions)
- Correction of inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of certain “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (if applicable)
To exercise these rights, email legal@relizon.ai with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
13) INTERNATIONAL USERS & DATA TRANSFERS
Relizon is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than your country.
By using the Services, you consent to these transfers where permitted by law.
14) CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact legal@relizon.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
15) THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing them information.
16) DO NOT TRACK (DNT)
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. At this time, Relizon does not respond to DNT signals. You can control tracking through browser settings and cookie controls.
17) DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
If we become aware of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable law, and we will take reasonable steps to mitigate harm.
18) CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post a notice on our website and/or notify you by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
